Am I Gonna Regret This? is an adult-themed gay visual novel that follows 27-year-old Matthias Nevarez as he navigates the fallout from a night of drinking with friends.

You never know who you might encounter at a bar—or what can happen when alcohol mixes with an otherwise casual outing. Matthias must face the consequences of where chance and fate lead him.

Along the way, he may meet new people or reconnect with familiar faces, discovering more about others—and himself—than he expected.

Your choices will guide Matthias toward one of nine possible endings. Some paths require careful navigation to prevent the night from ending abruptly. There are countless people to meet, experiences to have, and lessons to learn.
